Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years utilizing Okta including a deep understanding of modern authentication protocols, user lifecycle management, APIs, and automation using Okta Workflows
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and managing IAM solutions
  • 4+ years with a proven track record and a knack for automation and integration, of streamlining IAM processes across applications and systems
  • Strong technical expertise in IAM protocols (SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, etc.)
  • Extensive experience with IAM tools, technologies, cloud and hybrid environments, and other related I.T. proficiencies (e.g., Okta, EntraID, JumpCloud, and Active Directory, GCP, AWS, etc)
  • Demonstrable proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, SQL) for automation tasks or certifications are bonus points
  • Clear understanding and successful audit readiness related to I.T. control frameworks such as PCI-DSS, SOX, NIST, SOC-2, ISO 27001/2
