Here, you’ll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Marketing and Communications. This position is remote; however, the selected candidate will be expected to attend on-site events approximately four times per year. For this reason, we prefer candidates located within a 60‑mile radius of Baltimore, MD, where these events will be held. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: - Conceptualizing and providing all training materials when requested by CMS and when not otherwise supplied by conference hosts or event sponsors. Materials may include participant workbooks, presenter slide decks, reference guides, job aids, and supplementary resources in accessible formats consistent with Section 508 requirements - Ensuring branding consistency and integrity - Designing, creating, and maintaining appropriate images to support communications objectives - Supporting the TTP Marketing and Communications group including, responding to ad-hoc requests from CMS Leadership and the Trusted Third Party (TTP) leadership. - Identify, recommend, and review with CMS the best method to produce and deliver physical materials for in-person training events; upon CMS approval, manage the production and delivery of the materials WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED (required): - Bachelors degree (work experience in lieu o degree will be considered) - 5+ years of related experience in graphic designing, brand management, and time management - Ability to work effectively on PC-based systems. - Proficiency with design software, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Adequate manual dexterity for using a computer, phone, filing, sorting, and other standard office equipment. The likely salary range for this position is $73,965 - $85,100. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Responsibilities include: - Research and develop the tools and services for the studio’s rendering needs for features and shorts, themed entertainment, VFX, and future needs. - Focus on advanced graphics research and development. - Adapting physically-based path tracing techniques to achieve stylized looks. - Help build and advance our state of the art rendering technology, MoonRay. - Optimize code and algorithms for single (and multi-) machine efficiency and scalability. - Work with artists to improve the technology in the creation of our movies and advanced productions.
