• Facilitate didactic content and practical applications via 1- or 2-day accredited seminar events held during the year virtually or in person • As a subject-matter expert, assist accredited seminar content development with the LP3 Network content development team • Slide content comprising evidence-based material, case studies, and learning assessments • Accompanying seminar material (e.g., handouts, practice aids) • Review and provide feedback on LP3-generated seminar material (e.g., slides, handouts) • Support the co-development of LP3 Network educational offerings other than seminar events (if needed) throughout the year such as smaller webinar initiatives, online educational portals, and LP3 Network business events partnered with Medisca • Participate in regular LP3 Network facilitator feedback sessions or private • Attend LP3 Network facilitator networking and informational sessions
Job Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy is required; other advanced degrees in sciences will be considered
- At least five (5) years’ practice experience in veterinary medicine.
- Knowledge and experience with pharmaceutical compounding is required.
- Previous experience facilitating/developing pharmacy practice courses is highly desired
- Experience facilitating/developing medical educational content
- Excellent skills in interpersonal and engaging interactions to further enhance participants’ understanding.
- Understanding of current United States or Canadian practice standards, and FDA or Health Canada regulatory standards is highly desired
- Professional alliance with a pharmacy board or veterinary board is desired
- Proficiency and comfortability in online technology (web-based applications) and facilitating virtually over 1 or 2 days
- Comfortability working with different time zones within North America
- Ability to travel for in-person events within major markets (USA, CAN, AUS and EU, others).

How you’ll make an impact in this role - Strategic Planning: Lead data-driven market assessments and scans to inform long-term strategic, operational, and financial planning for the ministry market. - Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor movements, market conditions, and volume trends to optimize strategic positioning and service line performance. - Business Case Development: Create analytical frameworks for ambulatory strategies, capital project business plans, and master facility planning, including capacity and utilization forecasting. - Care System Optimization: Identify service gaps, variations, and duplications to streamline the clinically integrated system of care. - General Analytics Resource: Act as the primary strategic intelligence hub for the ministry, conducting specialized research on market share and patient migration patterns.
