What Success Looks Like (First 6 to 12 Months) - A predictable pipeline of top-producer agents and brokerage relationships in priority markets. - Consistent cadence of brokerage presentations and partner activations that translate into volume. - Strong partner activation and retention, with clear expansion paths in top accounts. - Accurate weekly forecasting and high CRM data quality that leadership can trust.
