Role Description The ERP Data Specialist ensures the accuracy, standardization, and readiness of planning master data supporting Pursuit’s SIOP, MRP, and MPS processes. This role maintains master data integrity, identifies and resolves data defects, and supports ERP system updates required to implement inventory and planning policy changes. Responsibilities - Establish common standards for planning parameters across ERPs and sites - Ensure master data integrity across all planning-relevant fields (e.g., BOMs, routing times, lead times), enabling accurate MRP/MPS outputs - Resolve master data defects impacting MRP performance, including incorrect planning parameters, missing fields, or inconsistent data inputs - Validate and implement approved planning parameter updates (e.g., safety stock, lead time) based on SIOP governance decisions - Support system readiness for SIOP meetings, ensuring master data updates are reflected before each cycle and identifying potential data risks that could impact demand, supply, or MPS planning - Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and leverage data to optimize productivity - Troubleshoot user issues and provide training on best practices - Maintain accuracy of product data, Item Masters, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field - At least 2 years of data management experience - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future - Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations Preferred Qualifications - Deep knowledge of specific ERP software (e.g., Visual, Syteline, Epicor) - Strong master-data management and planning experience - Experienced in data analytics across ERP and APS implementations and maintenance - Ability to diagnose data-related planning issues and partner with IT and site planners to improve data quality - Experience in aerospace manufacturing Requirements - Must be able to have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer - Must be able to frequently sit, stand, and walk - Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds - Personal protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses and safety shoes) is required on the shop floor - Occasional weekend and evening work may be required to accommodate priorities, deadlines, and schedules Benefits - Health and disability insurance - 401(k) match - Flexible spending accounts - EAP - Paid time off - Company-paid holidays
