We will provide you with on-the-job training so that you can succeed in this role. - Provide excellent client/advisor experience during the implementation phase of their plan - Request and coordinate collection of data such as census information, plan documents, prior compliance testing and IRS forms from clients and outside professionals - Act as a liaison between clients, advisors and platform providers during the implementation phase of the plan - Review plan adoption agreements and complete plan provision paperwork for the various platform providers - Assist clients with plan provision inquiries to ensure a basic understanding of plan operation - Participate in weekly calls with clients, financial professionals and platform providers to manage plan timelines - Set-up internal systems and load information into our compliance software - Perform work according to Nova policies and procedures Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree - Ability to manage workload towards weekly goals in a “results only” environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent time management, organizational skills and ability to multi-task - High level of critical thinking - Coachable and committed to professional development Requirements - Work from home - Must work from the USA and be authorized to work for any US employer - We will supply all necessary computer equipment - 40 hour work week Benefits - Base Salary $55,000 - $70,000, based on experience - Salaried, non-exempt - Medical, dental, disability and life insurance - Paid time off - 401(k) Plan with Employer Match

The Asset Transfer Specialist manages the conversion process for employer-sponsored retirement plans. This role will oversee the transition of plan assets, participant data, and investment mapping. This role requires high-level project management to ensure the plan assets transfer timely and satisfies all statutory guidelines. - Assist plan sponsors with asset transfer process for plans conversions, acting as the primary liaison between the plan sponsor (employer), prior recordkeeper, new recordkeeper, and internal teams. - Execute asset transfers between recordkeepers and/or brokerage firms and ensure participant census data is accurately mapped from the prior provider's system to the new platform. - Review and draft required notices to comply with ERISA and IRS standards. - Coordinate the transfer timeline to ensure all deadlines are met to minimize disruption to the client. - Partner with investment advisors to facilitate fund-to-fund mapping, ensuring that assets are moved into the correct new investment vehicles upon arrival. - Identify and resolve systemic transfer-related issues at the plan level. - Provide assistance with other ongoing projects as needed, supporting the team and helping to ensure smooth operations. Role Description Are you looking for a position where you can utilize your experience processing retirement plan distributions and loans? Do you excel at attention to detail and catching oversights? Do you want the flexibility and convenience of working from home? Administrative Fiduciary Services is looking to fill a full-time, fully remote Distribution Reviewer position. The ideal candidate for this position has at least five years of experience processing distributions and loans for qualified retirement plans, with at least two years working in a remote working environment. In this position, you will provide work quality review for retirement plan loan and distribution requests. Job Responsibilities: - Review of distribution and loan packages, including vesting verifications - Work on more complicated distributions such as QDROs, death benefits, disability benefits, and Roth conversions as needed - Assist with reviewing minimum required distributions and/or ADP/ACP refunds as needed - Consider cyber security issues throughout review process - Exemplify thorough understanding and interpretation of plan documents regarding distributions and loans - Update account managers, management, and plan sponsors as necessary on requests and progress - Assist in training and mentoring of junior staff members throughout the year - Pursue and attain NIPA’s Distribution Administrator and Loan Administrator Certificates within one month of hire - Perform other related duties as required Qualifications - Five or more years of experience processing retirement plan loans and distributions - Strong knowledge of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code and Regulations specific to distributions - Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision - Superior organizational and coordination skills - Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task - Coachable and committed to professional development - Knowledge of Corbel Documents & Pension Pro is a plus - Bachelor’s degree preferred Requirements - Work from Home - Must work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer - We will supply all necessary computer equipment - Must work a regular schedule during normal business hours (7:30 am – 4 pm) Benefits - Base Salary $60,000 - $65,000 - Salaried, non-exempt - Medical, dental, disability, and life insurance - Paid time off - 401(k) plan with employer match
