We are currently seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill an Outside Sales position in the West Texas / New Mexico area whose primary focus would be on the frac/oilfield industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - The individual in this role is responsible for meeting / exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned regions. - The individual will be responsible for directing and coordinating sales activities in the region, developing project specific sales strategies, and communicating project requirements to the company's operations and management team. - Account Management / Account Retention focused daily activities. - Target new customers and follow up on assigned sales leads. - Provide updated reporting on target projects and an updated market outlook for forecasting purposes. - Prepare and update all opportunities within CRM. - Investigate service complaints and assist customers in finding satisfactory solutions to sales and service problems. - Remain current in knowledge of competitive activities, including product lines, pricing, services, and market penetration. - Participate in trade shows, lunch & learns, and industry activities. Qualifications - 3+ years of proven Fuel and/or Lubricants Sales experience or Oilfield Services experience is required. - Drilling / Frac Fueling experience is desirable, but not required. - Candidate must be able to work independently in a home-based office. - Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to provide professional presentations. - Occasional domestic travel is required. - Experience with sales CRM, Customer Relationship Management tools. - Valid US driver's license and safe driving history Education Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Travel Requirements Occasional domestic travel is required. Coverage of Permian Basin, West Texas and southeastern New Mexico. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for selling electrical power distribution products, services, and solutions within an assigned territory.
