Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Facilitate sales campaigns with current and prospective customers to showcase product and services offerings. - Provide product features, functional benefits, and financial justification of product and service offerings. - Articulate products, prices, availability, product uses, and terms of agreement to customers. - Generate budgetary estimates, product pricing quotes - Manage product and services documentation. - Provide client post-sales support. - Identify prospective customers by leveraging business directories, outbound/inbound leads, nurture existing clients, participate in organizations and professional clubs, and attend trade shows and conferences. - Create a business plan in collaboration with sales leadership outlining how you will manage sales and develop business within the region, including designing innovative marketing events. - Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales. - Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports. Includes providing biweekly forecast. - Communicate with Sales Operations of any and all issues related to billing, etc. - Understand the product and solutions, including attend classes and seminars related to industry, services, and products. Essential Functions: - Responsible for new account development, account management, territory development, sales operations and professional development. - Travel based on client and project needs, including visiting top 25 accounts on a quarterly basis. This may include transporting client, prospective clients, and/or coworkers to various functions. - Cultivate relationships with all our software manufacturers. Skills and Qualifications: - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. - Strong acumen with Salesforce, Spreadsheet, Presentation, and Document Management Software is required. - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. - Ability to leverage a qualification process. - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Education and Work Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree - 5+ plus years of experience in Consulting or Cyber Security sales. - Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Must be able to work as a team and also individually.
