University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Department: Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine Job Title: Telehealth Mental Health Clinician- LCSW/LPC/LMFT/Psychologist Position #00846047 – Requisition #39275 Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Integrated Mental Health for General Internal Medicine, the Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) will be responsible for providing brief, evidence-based psychotherapies and supportive counseling to a select primary care clinic population. Treatment will be provided in a telehealth format (e.g. from home). The mental health clinician will provide short-term psychotherapy across the continuum of care, including identifying eligible patients based on defined criteria, providing psychosocial assessment, developing and executing treatment in alliance with patient’s goals, and ultimately ending care with a firm discharge plan in place. This role will additionally be responsible for providing crisis support to clinic patients identified as needing urgent behavioral health needs and ensuring they are provided with and/or connected to the next appropriate level of care. The mental health clinician will work in collaboration with the behavioral health team as well as the primary care clinic’s multidisciplinary team including the patient’s primary care provider and clinic leadership. This is an open-rank faculty recruitment at either the Instructor, Senior Instructor, or Assistant Professor level. About the Remote Licensed Therapist (1099 Contractor) role at Headspace: Headspace is currently seeking part-time, independently licensed contractor therapists to provide direct, virtual care as part of a multidisciplinary team on a 1099 contract basis. To get started, we strongly encourage having 10+ hours available per week with full flexibility to adjust; more is always welcome depending on your schedule! Please note that due to care demand and member scheduling fluctuations, it could take a number of weeks to achieve a consistent schedule. The pay for the Contract Mental Health Therapist ranges from $71-$76 per teletherapy session. Exact reimbursement rates will be determined during the interview process and are based on a number of factors including but not limited to location, licensure type, experience, specializations, languages spoken, and populations treated. Session length is 60 minutes for an intake and 45 minutes for a follow up appointment, with concurrent note-taking expected and included in the session rate.
