VALUES - Entrepreneurial spirit that embraces challenges and constantly questioning the status quo - Be willing to ask hard questions with a result-minded outcome. - You hold a high bar for what is expected of you, the team and the company - Excellent communication. You know how to communicate up and down the organization. Be it a presentation to the board of directors or a design concept to a feature team. You value clear and concise communication. - Building strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of leveraging cutting edge technology along with industry leading best practices to solve for challenges that have eluded their peers. You are excited about the opportunity and understand the unique challenges that come with needing to upgrade engines in mid-flight for a highly successful and growing cyber-security company. “Been there, done that” is likely your motto and you are eager to share and apply your experience to the unique challenges in the endpoint security market.
