Role Description The Senior Project Designer plays a key role in the concept development and design process for spa, wellness, fitness, and hospitality amenity projects. This position supports projects from early ideation through schematic design, working closely with the consulting team, architects, interior designers, and ownership groups. The ideal candidate combines creative design thinking with operational awareness, ensuring that spaces are not only visually compelling but also functional, efficient, and aligned with the intended guest experience.
