Product Manager About the Role We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of Kuali’s core product offerings. As a Product Manager, you will understand the unique needs of faculty, administrators, and staff and translate those insights into thoughtful product direction. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate across Kuali, and deliver iterative value to our higher education customers. This role can be remote, or in our Lehi, UT office Who are we? What you’ll be responsible for - Developing a deep understanding of customers and users — and the workflows they rely on — to inform product strategy, design, and development. - Defining, planning, and prioritizing product features and initiatives to support customer needs, business objectives, and long-term product vision. - Leading and motivating an uncommonly talented and passionate team of designers and developers to deliver value iteratively. - Partnering with marketing to help shape product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market efforts that drive awareness and demand. - Partnering with sales to respond to RFPs and helping prospective customers understand current product capabilities and our product roadmap. - Learning from, and educating others about, competitor products and evolving regulations in the research administration space. - Helping customers be successful in their rollouts, adoption, and continued use of our products. We'd be delighted if you bring experience with: - Working at a SaaS company that provides solutions for higher education. - Partnering with higher education institutions or other organizations that rely on State or Federal funding and/or to simplify complex academic workflows. - Driving adoption of enterprise software across diverse stakeholders (faculty, administrators, compliance officers). - Translating complex regulatory requirements into user-friendly product designs. - Leading usability studies or customer research that shaped product direction.
