Product Architect

Key & Cornerstone Pte Ltd

• Define, own, and continuously evolve the end-to-end product architecture across mobile SDK, backend services, identity platforms, and data systems • Drive product architecture strategy and promote reusable, scalable platform capabilities across product lines • Translate business and product requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions • Design and lead development of distributed, high-availability systems across client, server, and data layers • Architect secure and resilient mobile SDKs with seamless backend and identity integration • Design and evolve backend and identity platforms, including APIs, authentication, and authorization mechanisms • Define and scale data platforms and pipelines for telemetry, analytics, and threat intelligence use cases • Ensure systems are built with security, compliance, scalability, and reliability by design • Drive adoption of modern architecture patterns (microservices, cloud-native, API-first, event-driven) • Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities and performance • Provide technical leadership, architectural governance, and strategic direction across engineering teams • Conduct architecture reviews and enforce design standards and best practices • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and DevOps teams for aligned and efficient execution • Support customer engagements and pre-sales discussions requiring deep technical expertise • Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., MAS guidelines, fintech and security standards) • Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong, security-first engineering culture

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10–14 years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in architecture roles
  • Proven experience as a Product Architect or Solution Architect in enterprise or SaaS environments
  • Strong expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture
  • Hands-on experience with atleast one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Deep understanding of: API design and system integration
  • Backend architectures and scalable system design
  • Strong programming background (e.g., Java, Python, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of security, scalability, and high-availability design principles
  • Experience in fintech, cybersecurity, or other regulated industries
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
