Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our Creative team and take ownership of high-impact copy across Zepz’s two global brands, WorldRemit and Sendwave. This is a senior role at the intersection of brand storytelling, marketing, and cultural intelligence. - You’ll be the driving force behind compelling, on-brand copy across a wide range of channels: from brand campaigns to CRM, performance marketing, social, video scripts, and more. - Operating across 110+ markets spanning Africa, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas, you’ll need to adapt messaging for culturally distinct audiences while keeping our brand voice coherent, human, and unmistakably Sendwave/WorldRemit. - While this is primarily a marketing-focused role, you’ll bring a product-savvy mindset, ideally honed through experience with tech or app-based products, that helps you translate product features and updates into clear, engaging customer-facing narratives. - Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you’ll work closely with Growth Marketing, Product, Design, and Operations teams, and play a key role in the briefing process to ensure creative output is strategically aligned from the start.
