District Manager
D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc.
• Join our family and share the story of D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc. (DGY) as a District Manager. • Responsible for wholesaler management and planning, ensuring product inventory levels and execution at wholesale and retail levels. • Responsible for retail monitoring and improving execution against key objectives for DGY brands. • Conduct sales meeting presentations and planning meetings with distributor sales teams. • Manage and supervise the allocation of point-of-sale materials with assigned distributors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and/or minimum of 5 years equivalent job experience.
- Ability to perform and understand basic trade math as a part of doing business in a “fact-based” selling culture.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and plan work activities with effective time management.
- Be available for overnight travel for crew drives, meetings, trainings, and occasional weekend events or distributor and retailer entertainment.
