Sales Lead

Accelerate Change Network

• Drive revenue by selling advertising, branded partnerships, and sponsored content across Plus Más Media’s digital platforms • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients • Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate partnership terms • Partner with internal teams to develop sales collateral • Track and report on sales performance metrics

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years experience with sales, media sales, or advertising
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with native-level Spanish speaking and writing skills required
  • Demonstrated experience working with multicultural agencies and corporate brand partners
  • Experience working in digital advertising sales across social media and digital media platforms
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales targets
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Qualifications - Has a track record of closing solar deals in California. - Is comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor with no guaranteed income. - Wants to maximize take-home pay and is tired of sharing too much with their employer. - Can hit the ground running; training and support are offered, but starting from scratch is not preferred. - New to solar but have a strong sales background? Certification through Powur University is available. Requirements - All compensation is commission-based; there is no base pay. - Keep 70–80% of revenue on every deal. - Active reps typically earn $80,000–$150,000 in their first 12 months. - Selling even just one deal per month nets six figures. - Top performers earn $750K+ plus six-figure equity grants. - M1 milestone bonuses up to $2,500 per install milestone. - Equity stock options starting with your first install. - Vested equity that continues to grow over time.
