The Vice President, Strategic Initiatives to the President, Revenue Performance Solutions (RPS) serves as the strategic integrator and execution leader for the RPS organization. Acting as the connective force across RPS, this role ensures that enterprise priorities, growth strategy, and operational execution move in lockstep across General Managers, Client Experience, Client Delivery, and cross‑functional partners. The VP, Strategic Initiatives drives alignment, accelerates decision‑making, and orchestrates the operating rhythm for RPS by leading key initiatives, executive forums, QBRs, board‑level materials, and cross‑organizational planning. Working seamlessly across RPS, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams, this role translates strategy into disciplined execution, strengthens communication and collaboration, and ensures RPS strategic goals are consistently operationalized throughout the organization. As the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives here is what you will experience: Holistic Strategy Execution & Cross Functional Leadership - Serve as the primary integrator across General Managers, Client Experience, Client Delivery, Product, and Marketing to translate strategy into execution and ensure cross functional accountability. - Partner with Finance and Product to align growth strategy, investment prioritization, and resource allocation. - Drive organizational cohesion, transparency, and communication across RPS business lines and adjacent corporate teams. - Identify enterprise level risks, interdependencies, and opportunities; develop frameworks for rapid decision making and escalation. Operating Model, Cadence & Leadership Forums - Architect and manage the operating cadence for RPS, including MORs, QBRs, All Hands, leadership staff meetings, weekly performance reviews, and cross functional initiative reviews. - Design and facilitate agendas, ensuring clarity of goals, ownership, follow through, and outcomes. - Ensure action items, decisions, and priorities “stick,” and drive follow up across teams to maintain alignment and accountability. - Develop structure and processes for improved communication and effectiveness within RPS and between RPS and enterprise functions. Strategic Initiative Leadership - Lead high priority, cross functional initiatives tied to growth, operational excellence, commercial readiness, client outcomes, and transformation. - Oversee program structure, resourcing, KPIs, and stakeholder alignment. - Conduct benchmarking, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions. - Track, report, and escalate against initiative progress and key milestones. Executive & Board Enablement - Lead the development, synthesis, and refinement of CEO-, CFO-, ELT-, and Board level materials related to RPS growth, market positioning, roadmap execution, client outcomes, and performance. - Anticipate executive questions, prepare defensible analysis, and ensure consistent, high quality storytelling across RPS. - Serve as a subject matter advisor for key executive conversations, briefings, and decision sessions. Organizational Effectiveness & Culture - Partner with HR, Finance, and Communications on talent strategy, org design, change management, and cross team engagement. - Help drive cultural alignment, leadership effectiveness, and communication flow across RPS. - Build strong relationships across the organization to increase effectiveness, transparency, and collaboration. Required Qualifications & Experience: - 12+ relevant strategy experience, including 8+ years in a senior leadership role - Proven track record of leading and executing successful strategic initiatives with ROI modeling - Proven executive and board presentation experience - Prior experience builidng Excel models and building PowerPoint presentations and decks - Prior experience using Salesforce - Must be able to travel up to 25% Preferred Experience - Healthcare, healthcare technology, or RCM experience, strongly preferred - Experience in PE-backed or high-growth environments - Familiarity with solution-based GTM models - Consulting background, MBA, prior operational leadership or strategy roles Success Profile - Strategic and operational mindset - Data-driven with strong executive storytelling skills - Confident, influential, and low-ego operator For this US-based position, the base pay range is $173,519.37 - $280,035.56 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
