Platform Engineer

• Design, provision, and operate cloud infrastructure and shared infrastructure modules with Terraform and Terragrunt • Partner with teams to improve, modernize, and standardize cloud infrastructure • Build, maintain, and modernize organization-wide CI/CD and deployment workflows • Improve platform reliability and visibility through foundational observability • Troubleshoot infrastructure, CI/CD, and deployment issues • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response as needed • Work in a highly-collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering role
- Strong production experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform; Terragrunt preferred)
- Experience operating containerized workloads using Docker (Kubernetes/EKS a plus)
- Solid understanding of Linux systems and cloud networking fundamentals
- Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions
- Ability to automate using Python and shell scripting (Bash)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and collaborative mindset
- Kubernetes or EKS experience
- Familiarity with ArgoCD in GitOps-based workflows
- Familiarity with observability tools (metrics, logs, and alerting)
- Exposure to SRE concepts such as SLIs/SLOs or postmortems
- Exposure to operating or supporting email infrastructure (e.g., PowerMTA / PMTA)
