Qualifications - Candidate must reside in the State of Pennsylvania - Associate’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of XR technical/clinical industry experience. - ARRT (R) certification. - Demonstrated experience working on GE HealthCare XR systems. - Deep understanding of clinical education training and associated process implementation. - Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience. - Willingness to travel extensively 80+% (4-5 days per week including overnights and some weekends) within the US and Canada via multiple modes of transportation (car, air travel, & train, etc.). - Preferably in Harrissburg area. Coordinators will also take part in hospital EMR documentation as well as interact with recipient patients as prescribed in the designated protocol. Basic Qualifications: Education/Licensing Requirements: - Board-certified Adult, Family, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, Physician’s Assistant, Board Certified, or Physician (MD/DO) - State license (unencumbered) required; no history of prior license actions or board-ordered restrictions that would prevent obtaining licensure in additional states upon request - Current credentialing with Signify Health or ability to obtain credentialing within one month of hire - Reside and be licensed in one of the states in Signify Health’s Central or West Regions which includes the following: WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, MT, WY, CO, NM, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, MN, IA, MO, WI, IL, IN, MI, KY, OH - Ability to: - Adapt to rapidly changing business needs, effectively prioritizing internal and external business requests with urgent deadlines - Navigate difficult conversations with high level of empathy and professionalism - Obtain proficiency with the Signify Health in-home evaluation (IHE) application and the IHE process within 3 months of hire - To work Signify Health normal business hours of M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST; additional hours required to meet project deadlines as needed. Available for occasional evening and weekend calls - Work at a desk with regular use of computer and headset in a dedicated, private work area free from distractions. - Lifting requirements of 20 pounds occasionally unassisted - Ability to travel by airplane with overnight hotel stays. - Driver’s license must be in good standing with the ability to travel by vehicle - Understanding of: - Health risk evaluations including HEDIS, stars, and risk-adjustment - Basic skills in MS Office; moderate skills in Google Suite; Power BI, Salesforce or Five-9 experience preferred - Experience with: - Minimum 2 years of experience conducting health risk evaluations, preferred - Minimum 2 years of clinical experience pertinent to the member population(s) in which oversight is provided Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $78,331.00 - $206,206.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
