PROGRAM BUSINESS ANALYST Provides analytical and documentation support for complex state or federally funded health initiatives. Supports program implementation by assisting with grant administration, procurement and deliverable tracking, reporting workflows, and compliance documentation under the direction of senior staff. Maintains structured trackers for milestones, deliverables, reporting deadlines, and partner/subrecipient documentation. Supports data extraction, cleaning, and validation activities to inform program reporting and performance monitoring. Assists with reconciliation of basic financial and performance information and preparation of supporting materials for recurring reports and deliverables. Contributes to organized, audit-ready documentation practices within compliance-driven environments and supports cross-functional workstreams requiring strong attention to detail and structured execution. Basic Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required. Role Description CIEE’s Business Analysts are a critical link between our engineering teams and business units. They support all functions involved in the design, development, documentation, training, testing, and maintenance of our software applications. These applications are used to market to, acquire, and support on-program CIEE participants. With a commitment to innovation, CIEE’s Business Analysts are continually finding ways to improve our business processes and systems. The Business Analyst is expected to have excellent communication skills, a knack for troubleshooting and tracking down elusive issues, and a desire to work in collaboration with Product Managers. - Be an active member of an agile team(s) and follow the Scrum framework. - Work side by side with engineering as well as multiple business units. - Assist in translating roadmap features to epics and stories. - Assist in developing and documenting business requirements. - Create reports, dashboards, and metrics to showcase outcomes. - Work closely with Product Managers on planning, refinement, and prioritization. - Test and document systems, software, and services. - Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and performance with our systems, software, services, and ways of working.
