• Responsible for executing the Go‑to‑Market Pharmacy strategy by leading account‑level pricing, rate development, and customer negotiations in partnership with Sales across a complex pharmacy book of business. • Manages an assigned book of pharmacy business with accountability for profitable growth, persistency, and earnings performance. • Conducts case‑specific risk assessments and develops account‑level pricing strategies. • Leads rate development and customer negotiations in collaboration with Sales for complex pharmacy accounts. • Develops, executes, and monitors account plans to drive growth and profitability. • Analyzes market trends and competitive dynamics to deliver strategic recommendations on pricing and product positioning. • Influences underwriting best practices and provides consultative input to matrix partners on product development and pricing strategy. • Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) supporting Medical Underwriting teams and broader stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
  • 4+ years of experience in Pharmacy Underwriting or related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in rating, product, and financial analysis.
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions with a strong understanding of internal and external financial implications.
  • In‑depth knowledge of market dynamics, competitive conditions, and pricing drivers.
