Associate Director, Government Contracts

Urrly

• Act as #2 to the Director across contracts, pricing, and procurement • Lead complex client engagements across multiple GovCon clients • Serve as senior escalation point for contract strategy and execution • Translate FAR-driven requirements into practical, client-ready solutions • Drive process improvement tied to pricing and FFP delivery • Build forecasts and inputs for staffing and revenue planning • Coach and develop managers and senior consultants • Review high-risk deliverables before they go to clients

Job Requirements

  • Deep experience in government contracts (services-heavy)
  • Strong FAR, contract types, and compliance knowledge
  • Consulting or multi-client delivery background
  • Experience advising small to mid-sized GovCons
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Executive presence with clients and internal leadership
