Telematics Sales Representative
WEX
• Work with potential customers to understand their challenges and goals related to fleet operations and position WEX Premium Telematics Services to provide an excellent customer experience. • Use proven sales skills to negotiate and close contracts with new and existing customers to deliver on sales quota and targets. • Manage existing customer business reorders, upsells, and renewals. • Provide feedback on customer needs to improve solutions. • Become a Subject Matter Expert with strong knowledge of best practices, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. • Quickly learn new products and product upgrades to effectively position them to customers. • Utilize Salesforce daily to maintain accurate records of all sales activities. • Work closely with the WEX Telematics Customer Success Team to ensure post-sale activities are successful. • Collaborate with other WEX sales teams to execute against referral opportunities.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years sales experience
- Associate's degree or bachelor's degree is a preferred qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sales skills
- Must be proficient with Salesforce; knowledge of Google G Suite is also helpful
- Previous experience with telematics, fleet management, fuel cards, or cloud-based applications is preferred.
