We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Event Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of successful events that drive brand awareness and engagement. Your expertise in event strategy, project management, and marketing events will be pivotal in creating memorable experiences that align with our brand and business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and sales, you will be responsible for every stage of event planning, from ideation and budgeting to logistics and post-event analysis. Your ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and manage multiple projects simultaneously will ensure our events are executed flawlessly and deliver measurable results.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years events experience with three of these years specifically in event or marketing events planning in a fast paced tech organisation
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product development and comms to execute flawless events
- Have budget and time management skills; within tight deadlines
- Be agile with meticulous attention to details
- Be confident and able to express ideas and point of view thoughtfully and with passion
- Be transparent and unafraid to challenge, ask questions or call out obstacles
- Have excellent organizational skills and ability to roll up your sleeves to get things done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization

Preventative Maintenance Technician – Heavy Equipment
Spriggs Excavation, Inc.We are a safety driven heavy civil construction company performing projects spanning several states.
• Service and fuel heavy equipment such as Scrapers, Excavators, Dozers, Tractors, Wheel Loaders, Water Trucks, Pick-Ups, and other support equipment. • Check and fill fluid levels, service lube points and perform routine preventative maintenance. • Maintain service, repair, and maintenance records daily. • Assist in maintaining inventory of service kits, lubes, oils, and other supplies. • Coordinate equipment service activities with production and maintenance team members. • Perform Preventative Maintenance Services on Fuel and Lube truck(s) as needed. • Perform Preventative Maintenance Services on construction equipment as needed and required. • Repair damaged Auto Greasing system injection lines as needed on all heavy equipment. • Troubleshoot greasing system problems and repair greasing systems as needed. • Perform tasks from verbal/written instructions and communicate effectively with supervisor and fellow employees. • Keep work area clean and orderly, including the weekly cleaning of the Fuel and Lube truck(s). • Complete daily work assignments in a timely fashion. • Be a leader of both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations. • Actively participate in morning safety meetings. • Always maintain a preparedness to deploy spill kits in the event of a spill with fuel or other lubricant. • Actively participate in the cleanup of any spills arising from your duties. • Other duties as assigned.
• Lead and manage the lifecycle of multiple events, ensuring alignment with business goals, brand standards, and audience needs. • Maintain detailed event plans, timelines, operational checklists to drive consistency and flawless execution. • Coordinate logistics for all aspects of live events, including signage, food & beverage, on-site operations and room block management. • Build and manage relationships with venues, suppliers, speakers, entertainment partners, and service providers, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms. • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Editorial, Design, and Events teams to integrate event programming. • Measure event performance through analytics, attendance metrics, and post-event reporting to assess impact and refine future strategies. • Conduct post-event evaluations, lead debriefs with stakeholders, and present actionable insights that inform improvements and enhance ROI.
• Independently oversee Continental AG group sites domestically and internationally on fire protection and natural-hazard matters. • Develop and implement loss prevention standards. • Continuously improve the risk quality of our worldwide locations. • Advise on the implementation of corporate standards for fire protection and loss prevention. • Support new-build, expansion and refurbishment projects on related topics. • Develop solutions and protection concepts for current loss-prevention topics. • Ensure the exchange of information as an interface between internal and external stakeholders. • Optimize internal risk management and digitization processes. • Create and implement concepts to increase risk awareness and transparency.
