Implementation Specialist

• Gather applications from carrier(s) and send to clients • Instruct employers how to complete required paperwork • Scrub forms then send to carrier(s) for implementation • Communicate final approval from the carrier to the client • Provide specific notation and descriptions of calls in CRM and track all email correspondence • Build and maintain rapport with carrier contacts • Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines
