Job Description

Senior Client Implementation Analyst

ASTEC

• Coordinates with clients to schedule the initial implementation call to level-set expectations and finalize implementation project plan. • Responsible for management of the Implementation Project queue and assigns projects to Client Implementation Analysts. • Coordinates with the Sales department to ensure the correct set up. • Partners with the integrations team for any customer onboarding through a third-party integration. • Processes client addendums in accordance with organization and department policies. • Maintains a high level of accuracy for all critical data configurations required during customer set up. • Acts as primary contact for potential client calls, and emails. • Provides advanced problem solving, troubleshooting, and system consultation as needed by customers. • Trains and consults with new and existing clients regarding Asurint platform and package selections through training classes in small and large group settings, as well as one-on-one product coaching. • Conducts post-production review meetings using standardized checklist for all new clients within 30 days of implementation project completion. • Transitions accounts to Client Support and/or Strategic Account Managers for ongoing support. • Provides assistance to Client Support concerning escalated new customer concerns. • Documents and recommends new processes and enhances current processes to improve department efficiencies. • Identifies and acts on cross-selling opportunities. • Serves as front-line escalation for Client Implementation inquiries. • Provides training assistance with new hires. • Other duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with the legal/court system is preferred.
  • Experience with background screening is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required.
  • Relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred.
  • Salesforce is preferred.
  • Education: Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Certifications or licensure: If you do any work-related driving while at Asurint, a driver’s license and ability to maintain a driving record that is satisfactory to the company’s liability insurance carrier is required.
