Event Producer

EnsembleIQ

• Lead the end-to-end production of assigned show elements • Partner with the Show Director to develop and oversee event timelines, production schedules, and comprehensive budget tracking • Own the exhibitor lifecycle from floor plan generation to booth selection, onsite fulfillment, and final teardown • Source and manage internal resources and external suppliers, negotiating contracts to ensure deliverables remain on-budget and on-schedule • Manage critical housing logistics, including hotel block reviews, waitlist management, and attendee communications • Oversee weekly updates for event digital assets • Proactively identify and resolve logistical bottlenecks • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and exhibitors • Author and distribute all essential exhibitor documentation • Communicate and enforce show policies while working with Finance to reconcile payments and secure booth assignments • Work across internal teams to facilitate networking surveys and attendee list distribution for new partners • Manage AV and technical requirements for presenters

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional in-person event experience
  • 1+ years of experience managing virtual events
  • Advanced experience with complex event platforms (e.g., ExpoCAD)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience within CPG, Retail, Pharmaceutical, or Hospitality industries is a significant plus
  • A highly collaborative problem-solver with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure environments
