Investigate and settle advanced, large loss, complex claims promptly and equitably under minimal supervision. Works within established authority on moderate-to-difficult claims. Reviews coverages, determines liability and compensability, secures information, arranges property damage appraisals, and settles claims utilizing claims best practices. Evaluates and sets reserves using independent judgment. Assists the supervisor and company attorneys in preparing cases for litigation. Conducts training and mentors new hires. Responsibilities - Interprets and makes decisions using independent judgment on more complex and unusual policy coverages and determines if coverages apply to claims submitted. - Manages all aspects of investigative activity on complex claims. Directs the discovery and litigation strategy with legal counsel. - Analyzes claims activity and prepares reports for clients/carriers and management. - Establish reserves, using independent judgment and expertise, and authorize payments within the scope of authority, settling claims in the most cost-effective manner and ensuring timely issuance of disbursements. - Settles claims promptly and equitably and issues company drafts in payments for claims within authority limits. - Develops subrogation and third-party recovery potential and follows reclaim procedures. - Analyzes claims activities and prepares reports for clients, carriers, and/or management. Participates in claim reviews.

• Provide technical support for computers, software, hardware and network issues. • Respond to incoming tickets and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution. • Troubleshoot problems by running diagnostics, asking clarifying questions, and walking users through solutions. • Install, repair and configure hardware, software, and peripherals. • Support PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard images and tools. • Maintain system performance, inventory of equipment/software and accurate documentation. • Train users on new hardware and software and follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved. • Assign appropriate user groups in Active Directory. • May require some travel to clinics. • Other projects and duties as assigned.

• Lead and advance Unicred’s Member Voice (VoC) program; • Design and manage experience research initiatives such as Lab Unicred and the Members' Forum; • Ensure governance and continuous improvement of experience metrics and CX culture; • Identify satisfaction drivers and detractors; • Guide product and technology development teams to prioritize members' needs; • Administer and evolve the Qualtrics platform; • Create VoC and other CX dashboards; • Structure data and surveys in Qualtrics; • Build dashboards and executive reports; • Produce analyses and strategic recommendations for leadership; • Maintain visibility of top member pain points and track initiatives that address them; • Facilitate experience forums with Unicred leadership; • Present insights to executive committees; • Support the promotion of a member-centric culture across the Unicred system; • Conceptualize and organize the CX Day event.
