Role Description We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our Investor team, supporting products used by sophisticated, global investment professionals across the US and APAC. This role is ideal for a designer who: - Enjoys working with complex systems and data-heavy interfaces - Can turn ambiguity into clear, elegant experiences - Values strong visual craft and thoughtful UX problem-solving - Is curious about financial and investor workflows, without needing a traditional finance background You will own end-to-end design work—from discovery through delivery—and play a key role in shaping how investors interact with our products. We expect East Coast working hours. This is a remote-friendly opportunity that can sit in NYC (where our headquarter is located), one of our office hubs (Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, or Seattle), or anywhere else in the US. However, depending upon where the remote work is performed, income could be subject to New York State tax withholding. In this role, you will: - Lead end-to-end product design for investor-facing applications, from early exploration through high-fidelity execution - Design clear, intuitive UI patterns for complex, data-rich workflows - Translate abstract product and user needs into concrete design solutions - Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and ship high-quality experiences - Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and validate solutions - Advocate for usability, clarity, and consistency across the investor product ecosystem - Contribute to and help evolve shared design systems and standards Qualifications - 6+ years of experience designing complex digital products (B2B, SaaS, or data-heavy tools) - A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design, systems thinking, and UX craft - Experience simplifying dense or complex information into clear, usable interfaces - Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces and iterating toward clarity - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions to cross-functional partners - Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) Requirements - Experience designing dashboards, analytics tools, or decision-support products (nice to have) - Familiarity with financial, investor, or enterprise user workflows (nice to have) - Experience working with global or regionally distributed teams (US & APAC) (nice to have) - Comfort using AI-assisted tools in the design process (nice to have) Benefits - Flexible work hours - Flexible vacation - Generous 401K match - Parental leave - Team events - Wellness budget - Learning reimbursement - Competitive salary with annual on-target earnings anticipated to be up to $150K - Equity included in the compensation package
