Senior Partnership Development Agent

Nestify

• Identify and prospect potential referral partners across multiple professional channels in the Dubai market • Reach out through multiple channels and present the Nestify partnership programme • Build and maintain strong relationships, moving partners from first contact to active referral status • Handle objections and answer questions using provided scripts and materials • Secure signed partnership agreements • Log all activity and manage your pipeline in the CRM • Coordinate the handoff of referred clients to the Nestify sales team

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5/7 years of experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or account management
  • Proven track record in outbound outreach and relationship building
  • Highly organised and self-managed, with the ability to work independently and deliver results without daily supervision
  • CRM experience and comfort with logging activity and managing a pipeline
  • Fluent written and spoken English to a professional standard
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously
