Part-Time Temporary Data Processor

CSI

• Support production operations by processing secure customer data • Organize and validate files, building production‑ready packets • Work independently on repetitive, detail‑oriented tasks where accuracy and precision are critical • Access secure platforms to retrieve required data and attachments • Organize, format, and maintain Excel spreadsheets (beginner to moderate level) • Verify data accuracy, ensure no duplication, and confirm the most recent data is used • Attach and distribute required files to financial institutions via secure channels • Perform repetitive data entry and validation tasks with high attention to detail • Support additional data processing tasks as needed, including fraud‑related data entry • Follow all data security, confidentiality, and compliance standards

Job Requirements

  • Education or job knowledge equivalent to a High School Diploma
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to double‑check work for accuracy
  • Basic to moderate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable performing repetitive, manual data processing tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines
  • Prior data entry or data processing experience (preferred)
  • Experience working with secure or confidential information (preferred)
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, file management, or production workflows (preferred)
