Location: Remote/Work from home (full-time) Job Description and Responsibilities First Div is seeking to hire a full-time Program Control Specialist. This individual develops, updates and reviews program funding and spending across multiple Government contracts. This includes reviewing contract information and funding in our accounting ERP, conducting analysis, downloading data, creating spreadsheets, assisting with monthly reports, reviewing invoices and compiling findings. Assists with all subcontractor activities including funding and invoicing. Prepare estimates to complete (ETC), estimate at completion (EAC), spend planning, burn rate analysis, budgeting, travel or ODC expense management, cost monitoring, financials analysis and ad hoc activities as needed.  Support bi-annual Program Reviews.  Assist with pricing and time keeping/expense administration as needed. Must be able to work with multiple Program Managers, Director of Finance, President and billing department.  Must have strong analytical skills as well as technical skills creating spreadsheets in MS Excel.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience with Bachelor’s Degree (or 7 years of relevant experience)
  • Experience with Jamis Prime, or similar Accounting Software
  • Experience supporting DoD or federal government contracts
  • Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR, CAS, DCMA/DCAA, and basic estimating methodologies
  • Must be able to support program control activities across all types of Federal Government programs (FFP, CPFF, T&M, etc)
  • Experience with DCAA-approved labor pricing preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
