• Organize and maintain the CTO's executive calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling, logistics, and support for internal and external engagements with full discretion. • Plan and oversee all aspects of domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and expense management. • Plan executive meetings, coordinate briefing materials, and manage logistics. • Coordinate speaking engagements, media appearances, and conferences in partnership with Communications, ensuring all logistical details and briefing materials are in place. • Lead ad-hoc projects, information gathering, and research initiatives with independence and strong problem-solving skills.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives
- Proven track record of executive calendar management including coordination of complex, high-profile meetings
- Ability to anticipate needs, think strategically, and proactively solve operational bottlenecks before they arise
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, G Suite, video conferencing tools, and expense reporting systems such as COUPA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
- Strong relationship management skills across diverse, global teams and time zones
- High discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive business information
- Experience navigating complex, high-pressure situations with composure and adaptability.
- 8+ years supporting public company senior-level or C-suite executives, including a CTO (preferred).
- Experience with Board members, bankers, analysts, and investors (preferred).
- Experience supporting engineering organizations (preferred).
