As a Data Masking Specialist, you'll play an important role in securing data by masking sensitive information to support the company’s technological road map. You will be working closely with other DBAs, Data Architects, Developers, and Analysts. - Analyze end-to-end and identify sensitive information (PII/SPI, PHI), using data discovery tool - Perform Data Masking activity to mask sensitive data in Oracle, SQL server, PostgreSQL and flat files - Knowledgeable with the data privacy regulations and compliances (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, SOC) - Design and development process will be using leading 3rd party solutions including IBM Optim detailed solutions for database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB) - Map sensitive data elements with proper data masking algorithms - Identify, develop and deploy TDM/Data Masking reusable components as appropriate Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or another related field. Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience with Data Masking including hands-on design, development, deployment and optimization experience using IBM Infosphere Optim Data Privacy Tool - Minimum 1 year of Data Masking experience with Infosphere Optim Data Privacy Unstructured Data - Minimum 1 experience with IBM Infosphere Information Analyzer - Experience working with Application teams to define data privacy fields and data masking requirements - Understand database models & designs including referential integrity, application enforced integrity, data dependencies between applications - Ability to understand Entity Relationship diagrams for relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL - Good understanding of database validations, constraints, syntax and data types - Excellent communication skills. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or another related field.
