What You Will Bring to Coupa: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. - 8+ years of experience in integration or technical architecture roles, ideally in enterprise SaaS or software consulting. - 2+ years of people or team leadership experience, leading technical or consulting teams in a delivery environment. - Proven expertise designing and delivering large-scale integrations with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or NetSuite. - Hands-on experience with integration technologies (sFTP, RESTful APIs, SOAP, middleware tools) and a strong foundation in SQL and relational databases. - Domain experience in Finance and Procurement processes (Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, Expenses) and ERP integration best practices. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence senior stakeholders. - Demonstrated success driving team performance metrics (delivery quality, CSAT/NPS, and utilization). Coupa complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding equal opportunity and offers a welcoming and inclusive work environment. Decisions related to hiring, compensation, training, or evaluating performance are made fairly, and we provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified candidates and employees. Please be advised that inquiries or resumes from recruiters will not be accepted.
