Job Description

VP, Corporate Marketing, Brand and Communications

• Define and evolve Cyera’s brand strategy, positioning, and narrative, ensuring clarity, consistency, and differentiation across all audiences • Translate complex technical concepts (AI security, data governance, control planes) into compelling, credible stories that resonate with CISOs, executives, analysts, and the market • Own Cyera’s brand architecture, voice, and messaging frameworks, ensuring alignment across product, GTM, and corporate communications • Lead Cyera’s corporate communications strategy, including PR, executive communications, thought leadership, and media relations • Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team on company messaging, announcements, funding narratives, and industry moments • Build Cyera’s presence as a trusted authority in AI security, shaping conversations across industry forums, conferences, and media • Own analyst relations strategy and execution, partnering closely with product and leadership to shape category perception • Develop strong relationships with industry analysts, press, influencers, and ecosystem partners • Elevate Cyera’s leadership team as credible, sought-after voices in AI security and enterprise risk • Oversee high-impact content across brand campaigns, keynotes, launches, web, customer stories, and executive thought leadership • Partner with Product Marketing on major launches to ensure story, message, and market impact are world-class • Build and lead a creative and communications team that blends strategic rigor with exceptional craft • Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and People to ensure Cyera’s narrative is consistent from external brand to internal culture • Provide strategic guidance on major company moments: launches, events, M&A, crises, and executive visibility • Establish metrics and feedback loops to measure brand impact, share of voice, narrative adoption, and market perception

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in corporate marketing, brand, communications, or related leadership roles, ideally in B2B technology
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a category-defining brand at a high-growth company
  • Exceptional storytelling skills — able to simplify complexity without losing credibility
  • Experience working closely with executive teams, including CEOs and boards
  • Strong judgment, presence, and ability to operate effectively in moments of ambiguity or rapid change
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise software strongly preferred
