Azure Cloud Value Architect
Cloudticity
• Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering exceptional customer service to healthcare clients at all levels, from IT teams to executive leadership. • Translate complex technical concepts into business value, showcasing how Cloudticity’s solutions enhance healthcare operations, improve patient outcomes, and drive innovation. • Ensure Cloudticity’s solutions meet operational and security requirements and align with broader business objectives, such as cost optimization, innovation acceleration, and regulatory compliance. • Oversee Cloud Engineering decisions, including the design, build, and maintenance of HIPAA-compliant cloud infrastructure tailored to the healthcare industry, leveraging AWS, Azure, and GCP technologies to support scalable and secure solutions. • Serves as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, effectively communicating with stakeholders, vendors, and C-suite executives, aligning cloud strategies with healthcare business goals. • Take ownership of tasks and projects, using Cloudticity-approved project management tools to deliver high-quality outcomes on time. • Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously. • Participate in periodic on-call rotations for 24/7 support requests. • Become an expert in Cloudticity and continuous education of Microsoft technologies.
Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and regulatory requirements healthcare organizations face.
- Demonstrated success aligning cloud strategies with business drivers in complex healthcare environments, effectively partnering with executive leadership to deliver ROI, mitigate risk, and drive innovation.
- Skilled at translating cloud infrastructure data and metrics into actionable strategies that drive meaningful operational and clinical improvements in healthcare settings.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust across stakeholders at all levels.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred.
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience with Microsoft cloud services.
- In-depth knowledge of networking and network layer topology.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Powershell scripting.
- Intermediate knowledge of DevOps methodologies.
- Healthcare industry experience is strongly desired.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic company.
