Weâre looking for a strategic, innovative and results-driven Senior CX Consultant who can bridge the gap between business strategy and CX execution. You will work closely with clients to analyze and optimize their CX processes and strategies, leveraging the HubSpot platform and other technologies to drive business growth. To enable our teams to work synchronously, this role would be best suited for someone based in / prefers Eastern time zone đ Here are a few of the tasks you'll get to work on: - Design and execute a cutting-edge marketing strategy and framework, adeptly anticipating and meeting the unique demands of our valued clients. Your goal will be to ensure exceptional client satisfaction throughout the entire process. - Initial setup and training for clients. Role Description The Specialist takes the lead role on projects and uses their Workforce Management (WFM) experience to lead clients and internal resources at every stage of the project. This is a remote position based in Canada or the United States.
