Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist

CLEAResult

• This isn’t your typical call center job - we are an inbound contact center helping utility customers save money, make their homes more energy efficient and help our climate improve through change! • You will support multiple programs using multiple platforms, providing a range of services, including customer service, visit scheduling, customer enrollment, program offering education, tech support, online support, and/or status updates. • Each call can be a different utility customer and require a different type of service. • Personal performance data and progress accessible in real time.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM
  • No attendance or punctuality concerns
  • Ability to thrive in an intensive environment, balancing customer support while navigating multiple platforms simultaneously
  • Minimum of 6 months of previous experience within a customer-facing environment required; Call Center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment preferred
  • Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction “How can I help you?” attitude
