Role Description Remote* Customer Service Rep - Full-Time - M-F (some Weekends) Our goal is to leave each customer feeling 100% satisfied with the service they receive on the first call and that they were our most important call of the day. - Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other communications. - Input orders and appointments accurately across multiple programs. - Document inquiries for outside sales. - Solve problems independently and with the team. - Manage escalated calls promptly, summarizing for managers. - Utilize excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Perform general office duties like filing, faxing, and creating Word and Excel documents. - Be flexible in taking on additional tasks as needed. Qualifications - Dependability and excellent attendance. - 2+ years of customer service and/or office administrative experience (preferred). - Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. - Ability to quickly learn programs and product knowledge. - Proficiency in using a PC and navigating a Windows environment. Requirements - Full-time, year-round work with OT opportunities. - Hourly Starting pay: $16.00 - $19.00 DOE. - Schedule: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM (CST) Monday - Friday (Some Mandatory weekends).
