Role Description We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance software solutions. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle, with 5+ years in a senior or staff-level role. - Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent in Computer Science or related field; coding bootcamp or equivalent experience accepted. - Strong expertise in Java and end-to-end feature development. - Experience designing and building complex systems, preferably in healthcare technology. - Familiarity with healthcare data formats such as HL7 and FHIR is preferred. - Demonstrated ability to drive technical decisions, lead projects, and mentor team members. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong collaboration abilities.
