Role Description We are looking for a hands-on and creative Ecommerce Graphic & Video Designer who will help our health and wellness ecommerce brands grow on Shopify and Amazon while producing high-performing paid social content. You will be working with an exciting, fast-growing team of marketing professionals who are hungry for results and innovative ideas! Core Tasks - Design performance-focused static and light motion creatives for social media ads (Meta, TikTok, Google) - Produce Shopify merchandising assets including homepage modules, banners, promo tiles, and collection imagery - Build email marketing creatives and supporting graphics for lifecycle campaigns (Klaviyo) - Create Amazon-ready visuals including listing images, A+ content modules, infographics, and videos - Develop and maintain brand-consistent templates, reusable components, and design systems - Turn marketing briefs into multiple creative variations (hook, headline, offer, layout) - Resize, version, and QA deliverables to platform specifications with clean file organization - Collaborate with the marketing team to iterate creatives based on performance insights - Help maintain creative quality and speed of delivery across all channels Qualifications - 3+ years designing for DTC ecommerce brands or performance marketing environments - Strong portfolio of static ad creative and ecommerce design work - Familiarity with Amazon creative best practices (listing image rules, A+ content structure) - Ability to design for conversion (clear hierarchy, CTA clarity, scroll-stopping layouts) - Comfortable working from briefs and iterating quickly with feedback - Strong attention to detail (spacing, alignment, typography, exporting, file naming) - Experience delivering assets in multiple aspect ratios and platform specs Nice to Have - Experience in supplements, wellness, CPG, or regulated categories - Basic copy sense for headlines and visual framing - Light motion graphics or animated GIF experience - Understanding of creative testing workflows and variant planning - Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva for quick variations Tools & Systems - Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) - Google Drive, Slack - Optional: Notion, Asana for project tracking Benefits - Work From Home - Performance, Attendance, and Referral Bonuses - Paid Holidays and Time Offs - Health Insurance (as applicable) - Opportunity to work with U.S.-based clients and major ecommerce brands
