Associate Creative Director
Digital Media Management
• Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment • Support the Creative Director, work to conceive, craft, and help execute best-in-class creative and content ideas on brand, on strategy, on time, and on budget • Create, follow, and implement style guides across assigned clients and projects • Act as client-facing resource and provide solutions for any design-related issues • Provide daily quality control over assigned projects • Drive best practices across all creative including, conceptual thinking, art direction, design, and production • Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions from a creative perspective, always with a problem-solving mindset • Collaborate on a daily basis with department leads to align on monthly/quarterly priorities/deliverables to ensure maximum client ROI. • Inspire, grow, and mentor the creatives you oversee to provide clear career paths and a long-standing team.
Job Requirements
- Experience working in a fast paced social media focused marketing agency
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience leading a team of creatives
- Experience working on pitches and proposals
- Experience in the entertainment industry
