• Develop and implement the department’s Catastrophe claims handling programs • Manage the Vendor Services team and establish vendor service level agreements • Draft and maintain the Catastrophe Response Plan • Lead and supervise the CAT Claims and Vendor Services team • Collaborate with the Head of Claims Quality to identify training/QA needs • Monitor IA billing guidelines and ensure compliance with claim handling guidelines • Conduct audits of service level agreements

• Virtually engage with HCPs and appropriate office staff about product specific prior authorization & appeals process, how to access related forms, and high-level information about submission procedures and reauthorization requirements. • Work with in-network Specialty Pharmacies on cases where the patient has provided consent. • Educate HCPs and appropriate office staff on specific referral processes and patient assistance programs. • Utilize approved resources and FAQs to provide education and answer questions as needed. • Solid understanding of reimbursement issues that work within our core classes of trade: Commercial Managed Care (Regional Plans), Medicaid (Fee for Service, Managed Care Organizations), Medicare (Part A, B, C, D; Carriers), Veteran’s Administration (VISNs), TRICARE Regional Offices, Specialty Pharmacy & Pharmacy Benefit Managers, ACOs and other Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Advocacy, consumer, provider and treatment systems groups. • Document call details within CRM with attention to data integrity to ensure compliance with program policies and business rules. • Maintain confidentiality of Patient Health Information (PHI) and act in compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies. • Adhere to all Inizio and client policies, procedures, business rules, and call guides, as well as applicable laws.

• Lead reset processes including drawing planograms • Build positive relationship with the retailer as a trusted Category advisor • Assist in implementing strategic growth objectives in store-level schematics using shelf technologies such as JDA and ShelfIQ • Effectively educate internal teammates and external customers on growth opportunities through clear and impactful communications • Effectively communicate, manage and prioritize workload • Lead, empower and drive strong engagement with sales and wholesaler partners • Synthesize learnings in an impactful and visually appealing manner using PowerPoint, Excel and PowerBI • Analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and effectively communicate actionable insights to retailer using a range of syndicated and non-syndicated data sources • Lead future industry growth in assigned areas of responsibility

• Oversee the company’s nationwide portfolio of pet care facilities • Manage various leasing activities, landlord communications, and property-related data systems • Ensure lease obligations are met, issues are resolved efficiently • Assist with facility vendor sourcing and contract management • First point of contact for lease questions and lease interpretation • Partner with Legal regarding lease-related legal issues • Assist with market analyzation and negotiations for new locations
