• Develop the life sciences sponsored B2B and B2B2C user experience, creating optimal user journeys that maximize adoption and successful outcomes. • Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage. • Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from zero to one innovation through optimization, overseeing delivery, timeline management, and resource prioritization while mitigating risks. • Own product analytics and measurement for your domain, including defining KPIs, analyzing user behavior and conversion funnels, designing customer-facing dashboards, and using data to drive prioritization and experimentation. • Partner with engineering to translate market and business needs into clear product requirements, ensuring high quality feature delivery and customer expectations are met. • Collaborate across sales, marketing, customer success, and operations to align market needs, customer insights, and product direction while driving successful delivery. • Foster a culture of high standards, growth, and accountability, promoting shared ownership of product, customer, and business outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years in product management roles in digital health or healthcare technology.
- B2B or B2B2C product experience.
- Demonstrated strength in product analytics and data-driven decision-making, including experience with funnels, conversion metrics, experimentation, and translating insights into product improvements.
- Builder mindset with experience taking products from zero to one, including early discovery, validation, and scaling.
- Strong ability to connect product decisions to commercial outcomes and align market needs with product strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders, communicate complex concepts clearly, and influence decision-making across all organizational levels.
- Experience working in agile environments and familiar with product management best practices and tools.
- Strong advantage: Experience working in companies selling products or platforms into pharma or life sciences organizations.
