Business Intelligence Analyst – GPO, Pharma

McKesson

• Perform data‑driven analyses to support operational, financial, and strategic initiatives across GPO and pharmaceutical business units. • Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders. • Analyze contract performance, pricing trends, utilization, and rebate‑related data to identify opportunities and risks. • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches, delivering clear insights and recommendations. • Support recurring reporting cycles and ad‑hoc analytical requests with accuracy and urgency. • Collaborate with solution architects, data engineering, and analytics teams to improve automation, data availability, and reporting efficiency. • Validate data quality and ensure consistency and reliability of analytical outputs. • Prepare presentations and executive‑ready summaries for leadership and customer-facing discussions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or related field—or equivalent professional experience.
  • Typically 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related analytical discipline.
  • Experience independently managing analytical deliverables with moderate complexity.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, data modeling, and pivot tools.
  • Experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, KPIs, and analytical methods.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and visual stories.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or GPO industry experience is a plus.

Role Description Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Business Value & Strategy, this role you will work to identify, define, quantify, and deliver business value to customers acquiring and implementing Okta solutions.
