• Close new business - through proactive prospecting identify and win new enterprise logos across EMEA and North America, building strong relationships with CXO level stakeholders. • End-to-end sales ownership - Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contract execution, and ongoing account growth. • Drive lead generation - Work with Marketing to design, structure and drive lead generation campaigns around offerings. • Revenue target achievement - Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting. • Lead the opportunity - Orchestrate proposal development, solution design, and commercial negotiations, bringing together technical and delivery teams to craft winning solutions • Client relationship management - Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior management at target firms, serving as the focal point for all prospect and customer communications. Stay engaged post-sale to ensure gravity9 delivers on commitments and drives sustained client value. • Service offering development - Partner with consulting teams to identify client buying patterns and feed insights into service offerings. • Sales leadership & culture - Lead by example through strong sales behaviours that inspire the wider organisation. • Drive high-activity sales engagement and prospecting disciplines that build an optimal pipeline.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years field experience of quota-carrying in a technology consulting services organisation, preferably with experience of product engineering and AI
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their enterprise applications
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex AI solutions and technology services
- Exemplary standards of personal integrity and respect for others – professional approach to all aspects of interactions with stakeholders and collaborative team working, able to quickly build relationships based on trust and transparency.

Job Summary: The Commercial Lines Account Executive interacts with clients on a day-to-day basis while developing and maintaining relationships with both client and carrier representatives. You will support Producers who have clients with global exposure. You will prepare risk management analysis and identify exposure while collaborating on submissions to go to market. This is a sales support (new production) and sales retention role. You must be able to demonstrate and apply experience with multi-national, Commercial Lines client coverage and sales. This is a full-time, remote role working with an East Coast team and national producers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Market, negotiate, and broker new and renewal quotes/opportunities with underwriters. Work in conjunction with other brokers as the “backup” or second broker on certain assigned accounts. Engage and create a consultative role to explain features, advantages, and disadvantages of various insurance policies to internal producers, prospects and clients. Work with Account Coordinators/Managers to create formal proposals, present terms to the insured, and bind coverage via available close opportunities. Assist internal producers with prospecting meetings, policy comparisons, claims advocacy and product knowledge. Responsible for sending binding documents and ensuring policies are delivered to insureds. Participate in meetings and/or conference calls with the insured and/or underwriters. Responsible for attending industry events and social gatherings to cultivate, grow, and maintain relationships with clients and underwriters. Highly professional and self-motivated. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with clients, colleagues, and carriers and interact with a variety of people/personalities. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent written communication skills – writes clearly; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents numeric data effectively; able to read and interpret written information.
