Role Description Provides administrative support to the Accreditation and Licensure Team or to the Compliance Department. Duties include general clerical, archiving, and project-based work. The incumbent projects a professional, customer-focused image through remote interaction with campus-based and Shared Services collaborators. - Archives incoming and outgoing agency communications and keeps organized records of compliance related documents on behalf of schools and Education Affiliates. - Communicates with project teams to ensure all relevant collaborators and individuals within relevant chains of command are informed and appropriately involved, that project timelines are visible to and understood by all, and that relevant folks are notified if delays occur or escalations may be needed. - Creates and modifies documents using Microsoft Office. - Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: electronic filing, archiving, calendaring, tracking, and following-up as needed to ensure timely completion and maintenance of accurate records. - Maintains shared electronic filing system. - Prepares approved documents for agency submission, including conversion of documents from Word, Excel, and other formats to PDF; assembly of seamless PDF packages; and uploads of approved documents to appropriate drop boxes and submission folders. - Utilizes primary and other reliable sources to gather appropriate information, such as calendars and basic information from agency websites. - Coordinates and maintains compliance related records for campuses and shared services stakeholders. - Sets up and coordinates meetings and trainings. - Maintains and distributes trackers related to agency submissions and compliance documents. - Supports staff in assigned project based work. - Other duties as assigned. - Regular and reliable attendance. Qualifications - Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Professional verbal and written communication skills; customer focused; able to collaborate and work well with various personality types. - Ability to type 50 wpm. Requirements - Classification: Non-exempt. - Work Hours: Forty per week but may vary daily, and evening and weekend hours may be required. - Travel: None. - Working Environment: Remote.
