• Clearly communicate Level AI’s infrastructure and technology to prospects, customers, and internal teams, tailoring the level of detail to the audience’s technical expertise. • Spearhead technical discussions with customers in partnership with the delivery team, supporting both pre- and post-sales activities. • Develop tactical solutions for strategic customers to optimize their setup and workflows within Level AI. • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and the engineering team to create proof-of-concept (POC) solutions that showcase the value of Level AI integrations. • Assist during the onboarding process by managing program tasks related to technical configurations, including telephony system integrations and data integration (both API-based and SFTP-based)Support and optimize the integration of telephony platforms (e.g., Twilio, Genesys, Five9, or similar) with Level AI’s solutions. • Manage and implement secure SFTP file transfers to support customer workflows and ensure data integrity. • Understand clients' technical requirements which may require leading technical discovery sessions to ensure that our AI-powered customer support solutions are configured appropriately to meet their needsCollaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, engineering, and customer support, to address client needs and resolve technical issues. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our AI-powered customer support solutions, and effectively communicate technical information to clients.

• Provide technical expertise in the post-sales process, outlining the value proposition, clarifying technical requirements, and answering Instabase related questions • Deliver an exceptional post-sales customer experience • Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements, design and build customized solutions on the Instabase platform using Prompt Engineering and python scripting • Work with APIs and databases to integrate with other systems and technologies • Develop and implement production-grade solution within the customer’s environment • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that may arise during the implementation process • Provide technical training and support to customers and team members • Stay up-to-date on Instabase features, Machine Learning, LLMs, Python, APIs, and databases • Solicit constant feedback on their work from both customers and colleagues, improving our products over time with rapid iteration cycles • Collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions Architecture and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Act as the primary technical counterpart for enterprise and institutional partners during evaluations, pilots, and integrations into production systems • Lead technical discovery sessions covering architecture, performance, security, compliance, and operational requirements • Design and support test environments (e.g., devnets, performance benchmarks, cloud deployments, etc) to validate throughput, latency, and cost assumptions • Respond to detailed technical diligence from banks, asset managers, system integrators, and regulators • Translate enterprise requirements into clear technical feedback for OP Labs product and engineering teams • Help shape roadmap priorities related to institutional needs (e.g., performance, compliance tooling, privacy, sequencing models) • Support integrations with wallets, custody providers, cloud infrastructure, and system integrators (e.g., Fireblocks, AWS, SIs) • Participate in technical workshops, partner meetings, and industry events alongside sales and Business Development • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Japanese enterprises evaluating Layer 2 and blockchain infrastructure • Collaborate with local ecosystem partners (SIs, exchanges, wallets) to accelerate adoption

• Define, build, and lead Quantinuum’s solutions architecture team • Own the technical vision across the team’s full portfolio of strategic customer accounts • Partner closely with Strategic Account Executives to land, shape, and deliver quantum computing solutions • Oversee the team’s pipeline of technical discoveries and solution designs across full customer lifecycles • Help customers identify challenges that are well suited to near-term quantum approaches • Manage the Solutions team as a “player-coach” • Provide valuable market feedback to our research team leaders
