Senior Manager, Information Systems We are seeking a technology leader to own our enterprise information systems strategy, drive data integration across the organization, and govern IT service delivery at HunaTek’s corporate office. This role serves as the internal authority for management information systems and technology (“IT”), ensuring that systems, data, and processes align with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and HunaTek’s strategic growth plan. This is a hands-on leadership role that will operate as the primary internal IT authority, leading engagement with contractors, consultants, and vendor resources as needed. Over time, this role will build a small team including Software Product Managers and Data Stewards working in close coordination with business functions. Essential Job Functions IT Governance and Strategy - Lead the IT Governance Committee: engage business leaders, assess demand, set MIS/IT strategy and vision, prioritize investments, and monitor performance against the enterprise technology roadmap. - Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with contract performance, organizational goals, and HunaTek’s federal services mission. MSP Governance and IT Service Delivery - Serve as HunaTek’s internal IT authority governing the outsourced Managed Service Provider relationship. - Manage day-to-day IT service delivery in coordination with the MSP, ensuring high system availability, cybersecurity posture, and user satisfaction.
